Our Process
A transparent path from first message to live server - and beyond.
Good software is a conversation, not a black box. Here's exactly how a project moves through the studio, what you get at each stage, and where you have a say.
- 01
Discover
We analyze your ideas and requirements.
We start with a conversation - your concept, your pack, your community and your constraints. We ask the hard questions early: edge cases, data, performance targets, how it interacts with what you already run. You leave this stage with a shared understanding of what we're actually building.
- 02
Plan
We create a detailed roadmap and scope.
We turn the discovery into a written scope: features, data model, admin tooling, milestones, timeline and an exact quote. You review it, we adjust it, and only then do we start. No surprises later.
- 03
Develop
We build with clean code and best practices.
Implementation happens in isolated, reviewable pieces. Custom features sit beside the core so your pack stays updatable. You get progress updates and, where useful, builds to try along the way.
- 04
Test
We test everything for stability and performance.
Every system is tested for correctness and under realistic load. We measure tick time, query counts and packet volume, and fix what the numbers reveal before you ever see it.
- 05
Deploy
We deploy your systems and support the rollout.
We deliver full source, versioned migrations and documentation, and help with integration and deployment. For full servers, we're on hand through launch day.
- 06
Support
We provide ongoing support and updates.
After delivery we stay available for fixes, balance passes, new content and emergencies, on terms agreed up front. Your server keeps evolving and so does the code.
How we build
Clean, isolated code
Features beside the core, not inside it. Your pack stays updatable.
Performance first
Load-tested before delivery. We optimize what we measure.
Direct communication
You talk to the builders. Clear updates, honest timelines.
You own the source
Full, readable source and migrations for everything we build.
Security by default
Validation, rate limiting and exploit-resistant design throughout.
Support after launch
We don't disappear at delivery. We stay for the long game.

Have a project in mind?
Let's talk through it. You'll get a clear scope and an honest quote.
