Who we are
L2Developers is an independent development studio. You can reach us at the email address or Telegram handle shown on this site.
Information we collect
When you submit the quote request form, we collect the details you provide: name, email, optional Telegram and Discord handles, project details (chronicle, pack, project type, budget, deadline, description) and any file you attach. Our server also records the submitting IP address and timestamp for spam prevention and rate limiting. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. A single functional cookie remembers your language preference.
How we use it
We use your submission solely to evaluate your request, prepare a quote and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with third parties except infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the site and deliver email (for example, our email provider).
Legal basis
Where the GDPR applies, we process your submission on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the form.
Retention
Quote requests are retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, and then for a reasonable period for our records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these, email us using the address on this site.
Security
Data in transit is protected with HTTPS. Form submissions are validated, sanitized and rate-limited. Access to submissions is restricted to the studio.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
